Full Screen for CD publish output

We have got a requirement from client mentioning that -

When we launch "Launch Story.exe", we still see a normal window with a visible title bar which does not take up all of the screen. We can of course, maximize that window to fill the screen, but the title bar is still displayed so the viewer could still access these controls (maximize, minimize, close, etc.)

Is there any option to make the CD published "Launch Story.exe" full screen?

Anyone have a solution, please advise.
