Getting error message, "Sorry the file you selected is not a supported file type." when I try to upload a zip file to 360
I am following the instructions to manually upload a file to 360 - publish locally for manual upload
SL published the course and creates the zip file but when I try to upload it, I get the error message. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm sorry you've hit this snag and I'm happy to help troubleshoot!
- When you published your .zip file, did you choose the option to Publish locally for manual upload?

- Another thing to check is that the published project does not exceed 5 GB.

It may be helpful to share your file with our team, and we'll be sure to delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
