Graphics in labelled graphic

Hi, I am having real problems with the size of the graphics used in the labelled graphic.  Basically, it is coming out huge and I cannot find a way to reduce the image on Rise 360.  Has anyone had this problem before and no of a work around?

    Hi Catherine,

Create your graphic in a 16:9 ratio.

It may be necessary to add white space to the left and right sides of the image to get this ratio.

  • Hi Catherine! If your image is tall and narrow, Rise 360 may scale up the image to fit the width of the container. in the block settings, try adjusting the image width setting to Small to see if that makes a difference.

You can also use PowerPoint to add white space on both sides of the image to make it wider. Here's how:

    • Open PowerPoint.
    • Set the slide size to 16:9.
    • Insert the image on the PowerPoint slide. Scale up the image until it fills the height of the slide.
    • Align the image to the center of the slide.
    • Save the PPT file as a PNG image.
    • Insert the PNG image in the labeled graphic block.

Let me know how that goes!
