Storyline can get this done. We made a game 'Constitutional Temptations' with which we won an IELA award, that has all the mentioned in it.

At the moment working on a multiplayer game for our students, that they start to play in September. For that i got a great workflow now for creating multiplayer games easily. Plan to give online workshops on GSAP and how to create a multiplayer game with this after that.
