HELP! My import of translated XLIFF files isn't working!

Question

I imported Spanish XLIFFs and received the "Import Failed" error message.&nbsp; I have no idea what to do and I have a deadline!
I've attached the file that I'm trying to import into my training titled Honestidad y Confidencialidad (Non-licensed field employees)

I already tried re-downloading the file from the translators and importing it again.

Happy to help you sort this out. Did you follow these steps?

Duplicate the original course.
Export the XLIFF file from the duplicate course.
Import the translated XLIFF file back into the duplicate course.
