Translated Buttons not working.

I am creating a course translated into Spanish. I have enabled Spanish in the Labels field, however the buttons for Continue, Submit (in the course body not the quiz), and Exit Course still appear in English. I see that I can edit the Continue buttons manually, but not the others. Is there something I can do to correct this in my course?

  • Hi DoTS Training!

    Happy to help with this!

To clarify, were you in edit mode when you noticed the Submit and Exit Course buttons were untranslated? You’ll need to preview or share the course to see the customized labels take effect. This is the expected behavior,  however, we understand it can be improved upon. We are tracking a feature request for translation usability improvements. I'll add your voice to the report and provide updates as soon as we have news to share.

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

  • I'm having the same issue (even in Preview mode.) Certain buttons are translated and viewable in settings. Other buttons stay in English. (EXAMPLES: if you add a "Continue" button at the end of a section, or the "Submit" button in a process interaction all stay English.) Is there a way to manually change these?

      Hi HajnalEppley-2d!

      Happy to help with this!

Are you referring to the Continue button dividers? Those elements are not part of the course label set and must be edited at the Block-level. To do this, select Content (pencil icon) on the Continue Block, then revise the language shown in the Label field.

Also, there is no Submit button for Process Block interactions in Rise 360. Can you clarify which Submit button label you are referring to? If you're comfortable sharing a screen recording of the behavior, it would be easier to provide troubleshooting steps. Feel free to upload a recording here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
