I'm working on creating my first course in Storyline 360, and can't figure out how to make my other layer show up. Here are two instances:

Yes, you need to tie the trigger to the timeline of the base, and put it on the base. The timeline on the layer (this layer) doesn't start until the layer is shown.
That works! Thanks so much!! I was adding the trigger at the 2nd layer instead of the base.
