Help! Scene not working
The attached scene only works half the time. What have I done to create this issue? Help! This makes no sense to me why it only works half the time.
While viewing disregard the female voice not working, it plays during the full course. Is there a better way to do this scene so there aren't any issues?
Can you provide more detail on what's not working?
All I get from our staff is "I'm stuck." Unfortunately, everyone I have asked to test it have had no problems. The fourth layer of the main bridge "wow" is supposed to come up at the end. I'm assuming, he doesn't always pop up.
Just received a reply from someone who is stuck. He says "The next button on the wow layer is greyed out and can't be clicked." Which doesn't make sense because the state of the next button should be normal and clickable.
I just ran through it and the file is working fine for me. Since it's intermittent, it's hard for me to diagnose. It could be that the browser is hanging onto something or there is some sort of conflict in the triggers and it comes up because there's a delay in the way the file is being read.
What I'd do is a screencast and record going through it and it working properly and then try to get a screencast from someone who has some issues. Then connect with our support team so they can SEE the issue. Otherwise, if they test it like I did, they won't be able to replicate it.
What's supposed to happen when the learner clicks Next? Is the trigger complete?
