Help with embedded Scribe freezing in Rise

Hello, Wonderful Community!

My organization has been using Scribe for job aids and embedding the movie version into Rise; however, users are reporting that they often freeze, and users need to click the right arrow to advance to the next step. This issue is occurring in several different Scribe embeds in multiple courses, but it happens inconsistently, which is very odd. Has anyone experienced this before? Have an idea of a fix? Thanks so much!
