Help with the captions button

I could use the help of this community.  I am using Articulate Storyline 360.  I have my project done.  However, I cannot get the cc button to appear on my articulate project when it is published.  Audio and captions are a part of my presentation.  At the first publish, it worked; but I then had to make a few edits to the content.  Now when I republish, the cc button does not appear.  In the Player option, I have the captions button selected.  In the preview mode of the player, I can see the cc button.  However, when I publish it to Review 360 or locally, the cc button does not appear.  What am I doing wrong? Please know that I am working locally on my project.
