Hidden Sections?

I'm editing a Rise course and I see the following (attachment) appear in some lessons. I must click on it when previewing to proceed. I want to remove the interaction. I can't see any "Section," so I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on my problem.

    Hi Steve,

    That item is created automatically by Rise and is used to navigate from the current Rise Lesson to the next Lesson.

        Hi Steve,

        Yes, you can turn it off. 

        Go to SETTINGS / NAVIGATION and turn off Previous and Next buttons.

        Note: With this option turned off, your learners can now only navigate using the sidebar menu.

        Is this setting on or off for all your other courses?
