Hide markers in 360 image and trigger them when required yet?

This has been asked for a few years now and wondering if this can be resolved?

I want to add several markers to a 360 image but have the choice to show or hide them as required based on timeline starting or through triggers.

One option is to have only 1 marker showing, when the user clicks it the next one appears etc until they get to the last one which lets them go to the next slide. This progression makes sense and has been requested by my customers many times.

Not sure why this functionality has not been added as it makes the 360 images limited and pointless?

Also being able to use custom icons should be a basic option now.

You've created custom markers within the context of a 360-degree picture?

Because that specific interface only exposes a few of the features of markers elsewhere. I don't see that the markers for 360-degree images have their states exposed for instance.

No disrespect but I do wish people would read the questions asked fully? It seems to happen a lot. My question was about showing and hiding markers in a 360 Image, not a standard slide with markers. There are no state options for markers in a 360 image.

I was merely replying to your final comment:

        Thanks anyway -

No, not within a 360-deg picture, but I do not see why the process wouldn't work. The basic approach is to create an "empty" marker icon - transparent lines, no fill, small size - and then drop in your desired icon file.

The only state you need is the "hover" state:

It's what did for a class on respirable crystalline silica hazards. Since the marker doesn't change to a "visited" state I put in a variable that counts how many times the markers are clicked, then allows the "Next" button to appear when all the markers have been clicked.

The icon was one that I found as a line drawing, and I just tinkered with the colors to make them what I wanted.
