Highspot & Articulate
Hi Jenifer I haven't had experience with Highspot, but provided it supports one of the standards such as SCORM (12. or 2004) or xAPI, you can publish content from Storyline/Rise that will track successfully on the platform. You will be able to track individual completions, score (if applicable), bookmarking and individual responses to questions/answers.
When it comes to deploying content on an LMS, you'll just need to reach out to Highspot support (or ChatGPT) and ask advice on the best configuration options to use to present the content. For example, you may be able to determine if the content is launched in a new window or a frameset etc, whether certain navigation buttons should be available in the LMS player.
If the system supports SCORM, which version of SCORM do they support? SCORM 1.2 is very commonly supported, SCORM 2004 is less common, but is better to use as it supports a lot more data to be stored which can avoid some potential issues with Articulate courses (occasionally they try and store data beyond the LMS capability).
Just letting you know this is posted in the Accessibility forum and may not get in front of as many eyes as the general forum.
