Hotspot question

Hello,
I have a quiz with 3 hotspot questions, see attachment. When reviewing the quiz
the first question shows correct or incorrect and the green rectangle where the correct area is.
The other two question show correct or incorrect but no green rectangle.
I'm puzzled. I don't understand how the first question is build. How can I build a hotspot question like the first one.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Marlies

    Solved.
On slides 2 and 3 I copied the green rectangle from the hotspot question on the base layer to the correct/incorrect layer. That does not work. By adding same size and color new shapes to the correct/incorrect layers the review is as I want it to be.
    Have a nice day.

    I'm sorry. Still not solved.
Adding extra shapes kind of solves the problem but it creates an other problem (the shape is visible in a flash while in quiz-mode). Can someone explain how -while reviewing- on the first question the rectangle becomes visible.

    • Hello SLS,

I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I tested your project file on multiple Storyline 360 versions and I was able to replicate it consistently. I linked the behavior to a known issue we are tracking which causes a hotspot question/test mode slide to behave erratically during review mode. The bug affects the visibility of the correct (green) hotspot when the question is reviewed by a learner.
I've added this community thread to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is released.
