How do you get your Rise courses from Contractors?
Hello! At my company we have a team account for three people and we can add each other as collaborators internally. However, we had one course built by a contractor and now are wondering how we can get the course to us. The contractor has a personal Rise subscription so they cannot add us as collaborators apparently. If she exports to SCORM 1.2 and somehow gets us the files, is there a way to upload it back into Rise if we need to edit the course?
Hi Karina,
I don't use teams so I'm not positive this will work. On the contractor's dashboard, select the more button (...) and select "send a copy." The contractor then enters one of your email addresses and sends it. The source file will show up on your dashboard.
