How does a course mark complete when branching?
Does the course steer both branches back to the same lesson with the SL completion block?
- You can only designate one Storyline block for tracking completion. That is why it must be possible for all users to reach that block, no matter what else they view in the Rise course.
- If the Rise course includes more than one Storyline block with a completion trigger (for example, to ensure users complete an interaction in the block), be sure you indicate the appropriate block to use for tracking completion of the Rise course.

If the course is set up to be tracked via one SL completion block, test it in the SCORM Cloud to see if it works there.
If all else fails, contact support.

Thank you Judy! I had two blocks so that it explains it. I did change it to both branches meeting and exiting the course, but that didn't work either. I ended up setting to 75% completion to get the course to complete. Maybe I'm not using branching effectively as the course doesn't complete if all sections are not visited, they won't be.

Hello CarylGassler-99,
Thanks for reaching out! Glad to see Judy assisting you with helpful next steps!
As Judy mentioned, we'd be happy to have our Support Engineers take a closer look at your setup in a support case if you're still experiencing this in SCORM Cloud.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
