How to change language in storyline 2 (update 3)

Dear all,

Can you please let me know how I can change the language (of the program) in my storyline 2? I refer to the language that I as a user of storyline use (not the language of the content of the courses that I create).

    Hi Carolina,

    1) click on the "File"-Icon on the top left screen.

    2) Navigate to the "Storyline-Options"-Button and click on it.

     

    3) Then change the language in the dropdown-menu

     

     

     

    4) Press OK  and then restart (!) the programm. Now you should see it in a new language.

    If you are using Storyline 360 (current version), the language selection option is in the desktop app under Preferences.

    I have this option but it does not change the storyline language. Mine was installed in French, and i want to switch it to English. How can i achieve this simple task?

      Hi Gilly. I'm sorry this isn't working out for you. You might want to give the steps in this video a try. If this isn't what you're looking for or if you're still having trouble, I would suggest opening up a support case with us so our team can troubleshoot this with you!

    We currently don't support multiple languages for closed captioning, but we're tracking the demand for this feature so I went ahead and added your voice to the feature request that we have open for it. We'll let you know when it makes it to our roadmap!
