Hi Carolina,
1) click on the "File"-Icon on the top left screen.
2) Navigate to the "Storyline-Options"-Button and click on it.
3) Then change the language in the dropdown-menu
4) Press OK and then restart (!) the programm. Now you should see it in a new language.

If you are using Storyline 360 (current version), the language selection option is in the desktop app under Preferences.

Can Closed Captions have multiple languages?
Hello Michael,
We currently don't support multiple languages for closed captioning, but we're tracking the demand for this feature so I went ahead and added your voice to the feature request that we have open for it. We'll let you know when it makes it to our roadmap!
