How to change the color of the scroll bar in a scrolling panel?
Is it possible to change the color of the scroll bar when you insert a scrolling panel?

I am using the scrolling panel for the first time in a course, but the grey is not very noticable once published. I would have loved to be able to customise the colour too. :(
