Scrolling a Webpage Smoothly

Hello! I am using the Record Screen feature to capture screen shots from various webpages. I would like to scroll down on the webpage but want it to be very smooth and even. When I use the Record Screen feature, it will capture the scrolling down, but it captures my manual scrolling (I was clicking the scroll bar and dragging down), which isn't necessarily smooth and not evenly spaced as far as timing goes. Is there any way to make this scrolling appear more smooth?

We used to use Adobe Captivate and our trick for this was to attach 2 screen shots together and use a motion path to move the images up, making it look like they are scrolling. Would this be the best course of action in Storyline as well?
