how to create a dynamic eLearning about software tools

hello, i would like to realize an onboarding course about microsoft 365. it should be an interactive, not boring eLearning about how we use tools like ms teams, sharepoint etc in our organization. unfortunately you cannot integrate atlassian confluence on efront. do you have experience in building dynamic eLearnings about fast changing software tools? i fear that we have to actualize the eLearning a lot if we just copy paste content from our confluence wiki...
