How to ensure learners watch a video (in a new browser window) without skipping through? How to re-enable the "next" button once the learner watches the entire video (in a new browser window)?
I have two related questions:
1. The SMEs want to ensure that the learners watch the entire video without skipping on a slide. But they want the video to be opened in a new window. They also want the learners to be able to play, pause and go back to different parts in the video. They just don't want learners to be able to skip through. Is there any solution to this?
2. Once the learners watch the entire video without skipping in a new browser, how do I re-enable the "next" button? I asked this in a previous discussion (and received great answers) but it seems that it does not apply in this situation.
I've attached two screenshots. One of the video settings and the other of the trigger settings.
Thank you in advance!

I found this link to blocking navigation in SL

If you set navigation to restricted, the user can go backwards but can't skip ahead.
