How to fix this error?
An error has occurred on the RISE 360 platform related to an interactive screen block called "PROCESS." This block, which includes side arrows with a title, audio, image, and text, is experiencing a technical issue affecting audio playback.
In my course there are three "PROCESS" screens (P09, P10, and P16). When playing the audio on one of these screens, the other two screens begin playing all the audio simultaneously, creating an overlap of sounds. Despite trying to select only one audio, the next or previous screens play the same audio, causing interference.
Various tests have been performed to try to resolve the issue (by colleagues), including: Duplicating the screen and deleting the previous version.
Deleting the screens and recreating them from scratch.
Duplicate the course and test with units that have more than one "PROCESS" block. Create a new course from scratch and copy the problematic units into it.
Create a dedicated block for "PROCESS" screens and paste them into another course.
However, the problem persists in all cases, leading us to conclude that it is a programming error on the part of Articulate. Therefore, we ask if there is a solution for this kind of error?.

Hi BraynnerVillalo try publishing the content again and testing. If the issue continues, report this directly to Articulate as there may be a bug in the software. When you report the issue, provide as much detail as possible such as Platform (Mac or Win), Browser (Vendor and version). Test on other devices too to see if the issue exists. You can also provide them with a copy of your course privately. It's also useful to provide a video recording of the issue, using Peek 360.
