How to render Video effectively which are a SCORM package?

I have a SCORM package that includes videos. Need to know what is the best option to render those videos in LMSs? If we think about whether we have a large size of videos and how we play those videos in minimum buffering times?

We are happy to help! Are you already hosting the SCORM package in an LMS and experiencing buffering issues?
I'd recommend uploading it to an LMS like SCORM cloud if you don't have one available just for testing!
