Articulate AI Pricing/Packages
Hi,
I recently attended your "Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Learning" webinar. Loved the demo - thanks! Do you have details on pricing and packages? It sounds like there will be some AI usage available for free and more available with a paid option. Wondering if you can share more on what that looks like. Just trying to figure out if/how much we may want to budget for this.

The test is now live, and we can't find a price....still... This should not be a top-secret thing; we need to get comparisons and approvals. The test is only until 10/7; I don't want to start a project and not be able to complete it with the AI Assistant. Articulate, please provide us with an easy way to get pricing and not wait for an email from the sales department.
I am in the process of updating 360 which is to have the AI assistant on it, but I have yet to see anything about the cost. I understand it will be free for the first three weeks and then those not interested will have to opt out. However, even on the AI Assistant info page where this is a pricing tab, there is no information............ how much is it going to cost?
AI Assistant will be $250 per seat per year for unlimited usage. If you decide to purchase AI Assistant, all subscription seats will need to be upgraded.
How do you know that? sales office at Articulate?
Hi there, I've just received the email to say we'll be automatically upgraded to a free trial in September and we have to 'opt-out' by 13th September, but there is still no mention of the price? Where can I get the prices from please?

AI Assistant will be available for existing customers to trial. All customers will have access to trial AI Assistant by September 24. It will last for 3 weeks. AI Assistant will be available for new prospects starting September 24 as part of the 30-day Articulate 360 trial.
We'll share pricing specifics publicly closer to launch, but you're welcome to contact sales@articulate.com in the meantime!
Hi, if I were to use the AI Assistant during the trial period to help build a course and publish it, would it still have all of the features should I choose not to pay the add-on for the AI feature after the trial period? Would my SCORM file still work with the AI features or would it have gaps?
I'd be interested to find out how much the AI premium add-on will cost on top of our regular subscriptions.
Is there anyway to get a ball park figure for budgeting purposes? As you know this is the time of year when most companies need to have budgets in for next year. This has been very frustrating
Hi all, yep, we won't be able in a few weeks to add this to the budget and it's a pity Articulate will loose a lot of income if there are other enterprises in the same case than us ... Hope we have some news soon :)
I feel this is becoming poor from Articulate. There seems to be little information about releases, just ball parks.
And as with the cost, surely if the release is due imminently (apparently) then there should be a pricing structure.
As other people have said we need to budget for licences, and review if other products would be more cost effective.

I am excited about the new AI-Features and am testing them currently. However, I wasn't able to find out anything about the pricing. The AI-FAQ sends you to https://www.articulate.com/360/pricing/ , but I can't find anything about the pricing for AI-Features there. Are there any news about this? If not, by when will the new pricing be definied?Hi, Jackie!
The last time I saw a post about this, the features and pricing were still being worked out.
When they've got something to tell, I'm guessing that Articulate will announce it in an email everyone with an active license. Or, at the very least, they'll pin an announcement to the top of the Forum.
