How to Show Elapsed Time and Total Time in Slides

I have a client who asked me to show the elapsed time and total time to give learners a sense of their progress. If the timeline is paused or restarted, the elapsed time needs to be in sync. Since the default Slide.ElapsedTime variable only counts how long a user spends on the slide and cannot be paused or set to restart, and I found no solution in the community through searching. So I figured out a solution that is not perfect cause it can only be used in a read-only seekbar setting, but it works exactly as my client wants when the seekbar is set to read-only.
