How to subsript / superscript text in MENU?
A slide-title is "CO2 Neutrality". I need to format the figure "2" subscript. Just to make sure no misandersandings can happen. I am talking about the MENU, not text on the slide. As far as I see it there is no way to format superscript or subscript in the Menu. Please proof me wrong!

One way I have done this in the past is to insert a subscripted character (just temporarily) on a slide using the Insert > Symbol option. The font you're using for the Player may not include a "Subscripts and Superscript" subset so you may have to choose another font for the subscripted character. Calibri, for example, does include this subset (see attached screenshot).
Once you insert the character on the slide, copy (or cut) it. Open the Player, go to the menu, and edit the slide title by pasting in the character. I have tried this using both the Classic and Modern player and it seems to work OK.

Great tip! Thank you very much. Problem solved and I spontaneously drank a "Halbe Hofbräuhaus" (Munich's best beer) to salut you :-) It's an automatic reflex for a guy from Munich :-)

Hi there, I know this is a very old post. But I am coming across this issue in a menu heading not a slide heading. The menu should be 3e with e being superscript. I tried doing it on a slide which worked then cut and paste but didn't translate, any other thoughts? Cheers T

Hi Teresa,
What font are you using in the player (Player > Colors & Effects > Font)? That font needs to support superscripted characters. For your example, I selected Calibri on the slide and I also selected Calibri as the player font. The "e" remained superscripted when I created a new player tab.
