What you exactly mean 'training on using HTML code in Storyline' ?
As is the only way to use HTML code easily is using a WebObject. And then all HTML code will work and all HTML courses are appropriate...as its just basic HTML.
However if you are talking about the combo of Javascript and Storyline its another story ( pun intended ) So please do clarify your question somewhat...
