I shorted the video to under 120 minutes, so why isn't it uploading?
My supervisor made a video on Teams. The video was longer than 120 minutes, which I know is too long for Storyline. I cut a lot of dead air out of it, so the video was shortened to under 40 minutes, ...
In your publish settings, under Quality, I would recommend checking the Static option and then re-trying
the publish
