Importing a PowerPoint but can't connect to Articulate 360??

I am trying to import a PowerPoint I currently have into Storyline 360 because I want to utilize A.I. for some narration. When I go to import, it says "Cannot connect to Articulate 360". Does anyone know what might be causing this?

    The Import -> PowerPoint feature doesn't require an internet connection to work, so it's very strange that you received that error when trying to import a PowerPoint file. This is what you'd normally see if you try to use the import feature while not connected to the internet:
     

    I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:

    • Are you currently signed in to the Articulate 360 Desktop application?
    • Is this your first time using the import feature? Or have you previously used the feature before without any issues?
    • Is your organization's network configured to allow connections to Articulate 360's endpoints?

    If the problem isn't your network, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the problem. If the issue persists, open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer for further troubleshooting.
