Importing files (SCORM, Html) into Rise

Hello!

I would want to import learning courses created in another Rise account to our new account. I have the files in SCORM and Html format. How can I do this?

    Hi Linnea,

    If someone sent you a SCORM ZIP file or a Web / HTML ZIP file, that ZIP file cannot be imported into Rise, and cannot be edited.

    If you have an Articulate 360 Team type account, any other person that also has an Articulate 360 Team type account, can either:

    • Email you an editable copy of a Rise course created by them
    • Make you a collaborator on a Rise course created by them

    You will be able to edit both of those courses.

    If you do not have a Teams type account, ask the course creator to send a copy of their course to your Articulate account using the email option.
