Importing SCORM package from Success Factors into Rise 360
Hi !
I found this article - https://help.rise.com/en/articles/3948692-import-third-party-training - with all the steps that I need to follow to import a SCORM package into Rise 360 (that scorm package was originated from Success Factors), the problem is that I am an admin and I cannot find the Manage tab in order to import. So:
1- can you confirm me if it is possible to import a scorm package from Success factors into rise. And if yes, how?
2- if not, is there any workaround to import a scorm package into Rise (i.e: Articulate Team import it in their end).
Thank You
Joana

Hi Joana,
A previously exported SCORM ZIP file cannot be brought back into Rise 360 as an editable Rise course.

For succession purposes in big corporations where people change roles frequently, it would be nice to be able to upload Rise SCORM files back into Rise so the next person can just make the edits. What do people do when someone leaves the company?

Hi MaryJo,
You need to maintain at least one active Articulate 360 account in order to have the ongoing ability to edit the original Rise course.

Yes, we need a solution in place for this. My organization has a separate LMS and need to have a plan in place when team members change roles.

I'm having the same issue with this link: https://help.rise.com/en/articles/3948692-import-third-party-training
Where is the "Manage" tab? I don't have one either.

Hi Kate,
Your link refers to Rise.com, which is a related but different Articulate product.
Rise.com includes the Rise course development system, and the Rise LMS.
That article refers to the Rise LMS, and does not apply to Rise that is part of your Articulate 360 account.

I have no Manage tab as indicated in the link provide. Maybe my version of Rise doesn't include that? No sure, out in the cold with this one.

Hi Douglas,
As stated in my post two above yours, this does not apply to Rise 360.
Also, a previously exported SCORM ZIP file cannot be brought back into Rise 360 as an editable Rise course.

My understanding is that nothing can be imported into Rise 360, ever.
