Importing Storyline blocks to Rise (published to review first)

I have a project in Rise with two Storyline blocks I need to embed. I know those are published in the same account.

The problem is the Storyline block in Rise doesn't even show any review projects (and I know for a fact that we have a lot of those). The block gets stuck in "you haven't published any courses" which is nonsense.

O tried opening ride from an incognito window and nothing. The browser is from the supported ones (chrome, fully updated). Also tried deleting and adding the block again to no avail.

Is there some sort of limit on how many reviews you can have? Or if it's optimised for certain amount and lags when there's more than X review projects?

It's getting frustrating because I have projects to deliver and this is the only thing that's missing.

  • Hello Mica,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience.

    • Are you signed in using the same account in Rise 360 and Storyline 360? As a troubleshooting step, please sign out of all Articulate 360 applications and then sign back in again to see if this helps. Clearing your browser's cache is also a good idea.
    • Is this your first time using the feature? If yes, please ask your IT team to add all the endpoints listed in this article to your organization's network allowlist to ensure that Review 360 works properly.

There aren't any limits that you should be hitting in your account that could cause this issue, so if the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here for further assistance.

      To answer your questions:

      • Yes it's the same account.
      • No, it's not the first time.

I tried all those things you mentioned to no avail. I also have adblock and a colleague suggested I pause it to add storyline blocks, as it works for them, but I tried and it's not working for me.

As for the endpoints, besides this not being the first time using the feature, not sure how to ask (we're not always on the office, we do home office so it's not the same network all the time). This colleague is also the one who I asked for help and he said he could link those review with no issues (so we have no idea why it doesn't work on my computer but yes in his).

I'll open a support case shortly to see if there's anything we could do (as we have a similar problem while publishing Rise courses to preview, in a lot of computers it doesn't work but in a specific one, yes, and we're clueless as to why).

      • Hi Mica,

Thanks for the update, and we'll keep an eye out for your support case so we can help troubleshoot further.
