I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this. To rule out an LMS issue with Firefox, I recommend testing your published course at SCORM Cloud and comparing the results with Moodle.
If it works at SCORM Cloud, I recommend opening a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. There may have been a recent compatibility issue with Moodle and Firefox.
