Hello. We should be able to capture the screen or app without having to disconnect monitors. I now need to use something else as it has been a year and the issue is still there!

I apologize for the trouble and can see how this workaround is tedious. Our team is reviewing this bug currently. When I have more information, I'll be sure to return to this discussion with an update.
