Is it possible to merge two accounts into one?

Hi,

Our eLearning team previously had Articulate 360 accounts, linked to a subscription plan, set up using older company emails. This year, for reason I dont fully understand, instead of renewing our existing subscription, out IT team created a new subscription, and added us all into it. However, they used our new email addresses, thus creating 'new' accounts for us. That means we no longer have access to our old content built under our old emails for Rise, and Review 360. Is there a way to 'merge' our old and new accounts together, retaining our old content on the new accounts?
