Is it possible to upload a thumbnail to a video in Rise 360?
Hello everyone!
I’m excited to share that we've released a new Rise 360 update that includes:
- Enhanced: Upload or generate a custom video thumbnail.
There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!

Adding one vote for this issue too. The ability to add a thumbnail or poster image to a video would be really useful

Well, it's been 3 years, so I wouldn't hold out hope. It's a shame that the common response from staff is pass the feedback along to the product team. I understand that that's the process, but the amount of times that I've searched for something here, only to find a years old thread and a note from staff to say that it's been passed on, but never an update. Usually, like what's happened here, someone will stumble across the thread, add a comment or ask a related question, then staff will reply to say they've passed it on again. I like Articulate and I'll always recommend your software, but I really wish that you'd action some of the common requests in your forums instead of rolling out minor AI features that don't actually add much value to the development process.
I am completely of the same opinion - Thumbnail selection is a basic feature and state-of-the art in many other places. I have been using Storyline and Rise extensively over the last years and unfortunately always fight with simple things lacking in the tools which would make life so much easier.
