Is Rise down today? 3/11/25
My colleagues and I are getting error messages in Rise. Can we get an update please?

I appreciate your patience while the Rise 360 issue is ongoing. I’m happy to confirm that Rise 360 access has been restored and is fully functional. We have updated the status here from Monitoring to Resolved.

I'm also getting the error message every few minutes.
I have also just gone back to a change I made before the last error message and it's not done :-(

It's not solved, since I just got the same error a minute ago upon trying to publish a course.

Ok, I was able to publish. Seems to be working.

It is not fixed. I was able to work in it for maybe 5-10 minutes and am getting the Try Again message once again. Now it's back up. 10:37. I think this problem is not fully resolved, as there seem to be intermittent issues....

I can confirm that Rise 360 is back down. We are working on a permanent fix, and I'll share updates as soon as they're available.

I'm still getting the error. I'm also finding the Rise interface and all courses I have tried to access very slow to load. Whilst pages are loading, I'm getting frequent errors showing in developer tools. These are 502, 503 and 504 errors.
