Is Storyline 3 meant for evergreen content

I'm wondering if Storyline 3 is meant to be more for content that stays relatively static or if it is ok with constant updates?

The reason I ask, is because my Team has been noticing many "bugs" within the program as changes are being made. That leads to not only updating content; but we have to keep going back and correcting other things that either disappear or move. 

Any insight would be appreciated.
