Is there a way to format all the similar objects in one go

I am creating interactive simulations (try mode). The text box is too small for the text. I want to change the font size of all the texts that goes in the text boxes (80 slides). is it possible to do that in one go or one-by-one is the only option?

I don't believe there's a way to do a universal change to text fields across slides.

Are you familiar with the Format Painter tool? After reformatting one field to your liking, with it selected, double-click the Format Painter and quickly go through every slide, touching each field to paste the same formatting to them.

  • Thank you. Format Painter is a good option. Is it possible to save this one that i am editing & perfecting as a template for future use, so I don't have to go through this again.

Hard to say. If the system you're simulating won't ever get recorded to a new size/screen ratio, perhaps.

I created a basic set of templates that provided the basic setup, but with each new system simulation, it could sometimes changing to match other text shown in the system - if that makes sense.
