Is there a way to set FORCE_COMMIT_TIME before scormdriver.js file?

I'm just wondering if there is a way to set the value of the variable "FORCE_COMMIT_TIME" in scormdriver.js (when exporting to LMS) before exporting.

 

The reason for this being, our team is using a template and need to have this set as default (set to "10000" instead of "60000"), especially as there are members of the team unfamiliar with Javascript and/or may forget this step so would like this simply set in the Storyline file, or some other way, if at all possible.
