Issue when building pie chart
Has anyone experienced this and know what is happening or how to fix it?
Three times now when I have attempted to edit an item while building a pie chart, Rise Articulate will delete all content from the lesson. I have attached a screen shot of what the lesson looks like after having attempted to edit the item. Any suggestions are welcome.

Someone else reported the same issue when inserting a bar chart: Chapter in a module appears to be corrupted. Options? | Articulate - Community
As I replied there, if you ever published the course to Review, the Snapshots functions would have a copy of the course as it was at that time.
In any case, I suggest you submit a case to the support. They may not be able to get your content back, but they need to know about the issue.

Hi BrandySwennes!
Sorry to hear that you've encountered this issue!
I can confirm this behavior is related to a bug in Rise 360. This bug causes all Lesson content to be removed when editing a Chart Block.
I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready. Unfortunately, the content that was lost cannot be recovered. However, if you've published this course to Review 360, you may be able to retrieve a Snapshot with some of the content still intact.
Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
Also, thank you JudyNollet for raising this and advocating for members of the community!

Hi StevenBenassi ,
Thank you for letting me know. Fortunately, I did not lose a lot of content. And thank you to JudyNollet for helping to get this elevated!
Hi BrandySwennes,
Just to add a bit more context as we continue looking into this.
Our team is actively investigating reports of lesson content being affected when editing chart blocks, including exploring what options may be available for restoring content in certain cases.
If you think any of your content may have been impacted and you’d like us to review your course or see whether restoration is possible, please let us know.
The good news is that this issue has already been addressed, and the fix is in place, so it shouldn’t happen again moving forward.
Thanks again for flagging this and for your patience as we worked through it.
