Issue with Review 360
Hello,
Here's a summary of the issue we encountered with Review 360.
A team member published training modules on Review 360 in Rise & Draline. To secure access, it generated passwords according to a constant structure that was regularly used. It has also generated Review links for each publication, ensuring access to comment on courses for those validators who do not have Articulate licences.
We were then informed by the validators that the links did not work. It was possible to enter the password, but they still did not have access to the course.
After verification, it became clear that we could not open any of the publications as well. In the absence of the course owner in Rise, we created copies of all the modules. We republished those copies on Review 360 and generated new passwords. A colleague did a preliminary test to make sure the links worked properly before sending them. The links tested were operational, so they were passed on to the validators.
Despite these precautions, some of these links still did not allow access to courses. About half of the content was problematic, regardless of its origin (Rise or Dueline). We confirmed that this was not a password entry error. In some cases, one user was able to connect while the other failed. We posted the latest Articulate update.
As a result, eight content had to be left unprotected by password in order to ensure accessibility in Review 360, as it could not function reliably.
We'd like your opinion on the cause of this behaviour so we can use it again.
Thank you
