Hello MichelToyos-c2c! Most learning management systems (LMSs) consider a course to be in review mode after meeting the tracking requirement. In review mode, resume data is no longer sent to the LMS, which prevents learners from accidentally changing their course status from complete back to incomplete. You can read more about this behavior in this article. However, this shouldn't change the score in the LMS. Are you finding the score changes after the course is reviewed?
If the score changes after the course is reviewed, I recommend testing your course in SCORM cloud to see if this behavior happens in another LMS environment.
