Hi Saumitra!
Sorry to hear you've run into this issue! Glad to see Jurgen has been helping you!
I noticed you've also opened a support case being handled by my colleague, John Carlo. It looks like John Carlo replied to your e-mail with follow-up questions on this behavior.
We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.

Hi. Could I ask that you please publish the outcome from any resolution to this here on the forum. Taking conversations into individual cases removes them from view for the rest of us. This particular bug is a show stopper for me and I’m very interested to learn what happens to resolve it.

Hello Peter,
I'm happy to chime in. I understand you'd like to know how Saumitra's case is going.
Our support engineer, John Carlo, requested details regarding the issue they're seeing, and Saumitra responded that they could not move forward or backward after the second retry attempt. They also privately shared a copy of their Storyline project so that John Carlo could help investigate what was happening.
We usually let customers open a support case, especially if there's a Storyline project involved that they'd like to share privately. Conversations are then continued in the case to protect private data.
Are you encountering the same behavior as Saumitra? If other factors are involved in your use case, feel free to share the details here. You may also share your Storyline file with us so we can look at your setup. If you'd like to share the file privately, open a support case with us, and we'd be happy to help! We'll delete it when we're done testing.
