Issue with Team Course Sharing

Hi everyone,

I've tried troubleshooting this on my own but haven't had any luck, so I'm hoping someone can advise.

I manage a team and have assigned all available seats under the team name. However, when I try to share courses via the team folder and select "Everyone," the staff members who have seats assigned aren't able to see the courses.

Has anyone encountered this before or know what might be causing the issue?

      Thanks for helping out. I'm not sure why this is happening.  have the seats assigned under account 1616577, but I'm also associated with another account, 1602311. The issue is with account 1616577—when I try to share courses via the team folder and select "Everyone," the staff members who have seats assigned aren't able to see the courses.

      I believe my original account was 1602311, and when we purchased additional seats, a new account—1616577—was created.

      Does this make sense?
