Issue with web log-in for Storyline

Hello, wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or knows of a fix.

Storyline is telling me that I need to log in to Articulate 360 on the web to launch Storyline. However, I am logged into 360. Browser is Chrome, up-to-date. SL is up to date. Have tried the usual relaunches, emptying cache, etc. No change. Filed a case, but am working on a project on deadline so am looking for a fix. Appreciate any info. Thank you!
