Issues with Rise 360 Interactivity elements and extra padding in content blocks

It's not easy to see what is going on from the image alone. As I said, not something I've seen before and so can't offer an easy solution. I think you are going to have more luck in working with support as you will be able to privately share your authoring file with them. It looks like something whacky with padding is going on, but we'd need to see the individual block configuration to determine that. If the configuration in the blocks is all good, I'd start looking at the browser + OS that is being used, and also checking for anything unusual in the developer console.
