Issues with Translation - Rise
We are having problems with importing XLIFF files for translation. We tried several things but it still doesn't work. We have imported files that we have imported in the past and it doesn't work. We have also tried to export a file, change nothing in it and import it but it's still the same problem. So it seemed that the exported file was corrupted at the base. Do you have an idea of what can help us?
Hello, Ivana! Thank you for sending your XLIFF file to us in a case. My teammate, Richard, is reviewing your file as we speak. You'll hear back from him soon!

Uhh... did you guys this the translation issue? I imported a translated XLIFF but the content is in the original language. How do I fix the matter?
Hi there, Hyosang!
You'll want to be sure you're following these four steps for translating a Rise 360 course-- duplicating the course is an important first step!
Also, XLIFF file isn't human-readable, so you'll want to use a translation tool specifically for XLIFF files to translate your course. What translation tool did you use to translate the XLIFF file?
