Keeping an overview

Hi,

we create learning programmes with Rise with a team of 6 people.
In the meantime, the administration of the courses is becoming time-consuming and the working environment is becoming increasingly confusing.
Is there a good, simple way to keep an overview?
How can courses from different authors be filed in a well-structured way?
And another question:
Can different authors be assigned the same rights for a course? Is it possible at the highest rights level? In other words, can a course have several owners?

Thanks for a hint and best regards!

  • Thanks for your questions, Wolff!

Right now, the best way to manage multiple courses among several authors is to add each author as a collaborator on each course. There can only be one course owner for each course, but the other collaborators can be designated as course managers. They can do everything except edit labels, transfer ownership, or delete the course.

Also, we're tracking requests for adding collaborators in bulk and better content management among teams through shared folders. If we make any updates to this that help, we'll let you know!

  • Hi, Wolff!

We are excited to share that we have released Rise 360 Team Folders! You can now create shared team folders in Rise 360 to organize your content and share content with collaborators even faster. We know this has been a popular feature request and we can't wait for you to finally check it out!

Your Rise 360 dashboard will look a little different but don't worry. You can find all of your content, personal and shared, in the My View section. If you run into any snags or have additional questions about Rise 360 Team Folders, our team is available in this discussion or in a support case.
