Knowledge check vs Quiz in Rise 360

Can anybody tell me how to add a quiz in Rise (not a knowledge check).  I don't see how to add a quiz

I need to allow users to take a quiz for two attempts and then give the correct answer... can anybody help please?

  • In Rise, a Quiz is a specific type of lesson.

Note that you can't add other types of blocks to a Quiz. It only holds questions and the results.

    Hi,

I have the same issue. I cannot figure out how to create a quiz in Rise 360. I can create only knowledge checks, but I cannot locate a quiz template, and I cannot create a new Quiz (I do not have the screenshot you show above.)

From what I've read online, I thought I could change settings for Reveal All Answers, Hide All Answers, Show Incorrect Answers with Feedback. The only settings I can find are in Labels. Can someone please tell me how to create a new quiz and alter the settings? Or has the quiz functionality been deprecated?

    Thanks,
    Pam

      Hi Pam.

Creating a Quiz requires the same first few steps as creating a new Lesson:

Click where it says: Add a lesson title

Type the name of your Quiz.

      Press Enter.

      Click ADD CONTENT.

      Click Quiz at the bottom.

You are now in your Quiz, with two blank questions already created.

Once you have created your Quiz, click on SETTINGS in the top right corner.

Select your quiz settings, including choosing one of the 3 feedback options you were referring to.

Thanks Karl. I searched for two hours. Nothing like hiding it. Oi. Anyway, maybe they will eventually add quizzes to the Create New button - that seems more logical.

And the trick was, press Enter. I didn't see that in the other content I was reading online.

    Cheers,
    Pam
